Pokegama Lake Subdivision in Pine City, MN

The Woods Shoreline Addition is a 10.65-acre subdivision located near Pine City, MN. Lowry Engineering designed this subdivision that includes 16 lake lots and a 330-acre unimproved back lot. The proposed lake lots vary in size but maintain 75’ width as required by zoning. This area has unique hydrologic features due to the rolling hills surrounding the subdivision. Storm water was mapped based off this knowledge, and it was designed to preserve natural existing flow into Pokegama Lake per the standards of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency. A new roadway section was also constructed to connect Linden Tree Road and Peggy Lane to provide better vehicular circulation to the subdivision. Construction on the Woods Shoreline Addition started in fall of 2017 and was completed in fall of 2018.
