Autumn Ridge Apartments

Construction of the Autumn Ridge Apartments in Hawley, MN consisted of two (2) apartment buildings, one 16-plex unit and one 20-plex unit. Engineering services included: associated driveway, parking lot, landscaped areas, detached enclosed garages, sanitary and water services, as well as utilities for stormwater conveyance on a previously underdeveloped lot.

This project wrapped up earlier this year and is open to renters!
