Bobcat Parking Lot Improvements

Lowry Engineering completed the civil design for a new 80 stall parking lot for Bobcat in Gwinner, ND. The parking lot is located at the main entrance to the facility.

By working closely with the Owner, we were able to improve the layout and grading, efficiently increasing the number of stalls. Schedule and construction sequencing were also important to ensure temporary employee parking was provided during construction.

The new parking lot consists of ADA accessible parking spaces, concrete pavement, improved drainage, light poles, electric plug ins for cars in the winter, and landscaping.

The contractor was Heitkamp Construction out of Wahpeton, ND.
