Deer Creek Estates - Bid Opening

The City of Horace held a bid opening for Deer Creek Estates 2nd and 3rd Addition in July. This project is located at the Northeast corner of the intersection of County Road 17 and 64th Avenue South in Horace, ND.

Master Construction was awarded the Prime Contract to provide Water, Sewer, Storm and Street Improvements. Construction will begin soon! 

When completed, full build-out will encompass about 15 acres and is expected to serve 48 single family lots.
