Paradise Valley Subdivision Update

Big things happening at our Paradise Valley project right now! Four different Contractors on site and lots of progress being made.

Installation of sanitary mains, water mains, and service lines, as well as a sanitary lift station and the retention pond began this summer and is currently underway.

Grading and roads are being prepped for paving, and curb and gutter is ready to be poured!

Paradise Valley is a new 225-acre multi-phase subdivision located on the south side of Bismarck, ND. So excited to see this project come to life!
