Hawley Shop Condos

Lowry Engineering was hired by Optima Development to design a new Shop Condo complex in Hawley, MN. This site was master planned to retain maximum flexibility for future phases.

Phase 1 of this project consists of building out 6 individual 40’ x 60’ shop buildings and the associated concrete pavement and underground utilities.

Lowry Engineering provided the surveying, platting, and civil design services. New sanitary and water services were routed through the site. A grading plan was also developed to ensure earthwork balance. Stormwater runoff is conveyed mostly through overland swales, with underground pipes installed to help with nuisance water and larger rain events. Regional detention and water quality is provided by a City pond to the north.

We enjoyed being a part of this project and excited to see growth in one of the communities we call home.
