Creekside Crossing Apartments-Bismarck, ND

Lowry Engineering was selected to provide civil engineering services in the master planning and preparation of construction documents for the Creekside Crossing apartments on lots 1 and 3 of block 3. The site consists of 3 lots—while lots 1 and 3 are specifically for development purposes, lot 2 will remain a vital connection to pre-existing park trails in the area. We will work alongside Prairie Design Studio as well as the owner, IRET Properties in the creation of these high-quality apartments.
