Homewood Suites - Rancho Cordova, CA

The Homewood Suites is a hotel located in Rancho Cordova, California at 10700 White Rock Road. The hotel consists of 4-stories, 105 rooms and 123 parking stalls. The site of the Homewood is located just south of the Lincoln Highway (Highway 50) and is surrounded by the largest office park in the region. The site was a challenge to design due to water, environmental and fire access requirements, but Lowry Engineering was able to obtain approval for civil improvements from all public entities including; Sacramento Metro Fire, Sacramento Area Sewer District, Golden State Water, Sacramento County and the City of Rancho Cordova. Construction on the Homewood Suites started in Fall of 2017.
