Red River Human Services - Fargo, ND

Red River Human Services constructed a new 3 story building to help meet the current and future needs of their clients. Lowry Engineering partnered with Great States Construction to help make this non-profit's new home a success.

Lowry’s scope of work included design of the 2D site layout, sanitary and water utilities, stormwater conveyance and detention design, a grading plan, a stormwater pollution prevention plan, and a landscape plan. The owner partnered with Fargo Park District to provide a detention pond that met the project’s detention requirements and provided an esthetically pleasing amenity to the adjacent park.

Due to the abundant street frontage and lot size, providing a landscape plan that met city code and fit within the available space was one of the challenges that the design team faced.
