Groundbreaking for Alerus

Big news for Alerus!

Last week, Alerus celebrated the groundbreaking of a new 25,000 square foot, two story office building in Urban Plains 7th Addition.

Our team recently completed the civil design for this project, which is located near the corner of Veterans and 32nd Avenue in Fargo. This development is just starting to come to life and we can't wait to see what new things are ahead!
