Deer Creek Estates

Lowry Engineering worked alongside the Developer and the City to create the plat and construction documents for the newest addition in Horace, ND. Plans were approved in mid-April 2023 for construction. The development will consist of 103 new homes and 11 acres of commercial space at the northeast corner of County 17 and 64^th Ave S. Improvements will consist of urbanizing Deer Creek Parkway, new asphalt roadways with curb & gutter, sidewalks, utility mains, and two stormwater ponds with a single lift station outlet. A contractor will be determined through the public bidding process in May 2023 with construction completion in Summer 2024.
