Simonson Station Store - Park Rapids, MN

Lowry Engineering completed the civil design for a new Simonson Station Convenience Store and Car Wash in Park Rapids, MN. This project is located at the northwest corner of MN Highway 34 and US Highway 71.

The Store provides 8 new gasoline fueling stations, 4 large-rig diesel pump stations, as well as a car wash and vacuum stations. Access is provided from all three adjacent roadways, with stormwater control requirements being met using underground storage chambers.
