Bobcat Loading Docks

Lowry Engineering completed the design for new loading docks at Bobcat in Gwinner, ND. The plan will add 10 new semi loading and unloading spaces in the outdoor yard space. Lowry Engineering worked closely with Sandman Structural Engineers on the retaining wall design. At the time of construction, the docks will be “open air” style but plans for a future canopy and building shell around it have been accounted for. New storm sewer and concrete will also be installed to maintain positive drainage away from the docks. Construction on Phase 1 was completed in the Fall of 2019 by Heitkamp Construction.
