Lowry Engineering is proud to be the civil engineer for Lakeview Subdivision, a 137 acre mixed use of residential and commercial subdivision near the heart of Horace, North Dakota. We are excited to see the dreams of the developers come to life. Construction is planned to begin in the summer of 2020.
