New Plaza Azteca - Fargo

Lowry Engineering was part of the design team led by Design Resources Group on the new Plaza Azteca restaurant in Fargo, ND. This will be the restaurant’s second location in Fargo located in the Timber Parkway Addition at the northeast corner of 52^nd Ave S and I-29 near Cash Wise Foods, Suite Shots, and Kingpinz. Lowry Engineering provided the civil design consisting of new domestic & fire water service, sanitary service, concrete parking lot, and stormwater conveyance. Stormwater detention and water quality requirements are met offsite in a regional pond. The site will include a patio area and sidewalk connecting the site to the existing shared use path along the north side of 52^nd Ave. The restaurant opened for business in April of 2023.
