New Senior Living Facility

Lowry Engineering is proud to be part of the design team for Sanders Flats located along 8^th Street South in Moorhead, MN. The new 55+ active senior living facility includes 46 apartment units, a large community room, wellness center, common areas and underground parking. The new building will connect via skyway to Eventide’s The Linden building to the north. Placement of the facility on the property was challenging for the size of the property, but through attention to detail and working the process, we were able to put together a plan we hope the community is excited to welcome to the neighborhood.
