Agassiz Shop Condos

Lowry Engineering assisted in the development of the Agassiz Shop Condo site located along Main Avenue in Moorhead, MN. This site is located on an old gravel-covered industrial site that was primarily used for the storage of heavy construction equipment and materials. By working with the developer and Morton Buildings we were able to design a site layout that would maximize the buildable area of this uniquely shaped site while meeting all site regulations set by the City of Moorhead and condo plat requirements set by Clay County. 

Final design includes eight new buildings, over 45 individual condo units, and all associated parking and drive aisles. 

The infrastructure for this site is complete, and the buildings will be constructed as demand necessitates.
