Gary Phelps

Project Engineer

Gary Phelps is a graduate from North Dakota State University with a degree in Construction Engineering. He joined Lowry Engineering in 2024, with over 12 years experience in the industry.

Having most his experience in residential construction, he finds he enjoys the design experience that being an engineer offers. The variety of projects and collaborative team effort makes every day fun and enjoyable.

When he is not in the office, Gary enjoys the competitive nature of playing sports, and spending time with his family.

Gary is based out of our Hawley, MN office.
