Norseman Museum - Tioga, ND

Lowry Engineering completed the survey and design for the new Noresman Museum in Tioga, ND. The proposed building will be located between the existing City Hall and the new Police Station. A challenging aspect of this project was planning for the construction sequence. The City Hall is an existing building and because the Police Station is a new building being constructed first, the museum had to fit perfectly between them and tie in with all the exterior improvements. Lowry Engineering worked closely with the architect to make certain the museum project had a clear scope of work and did not interfere with the Police Station project. Construction for the museum was completed in fall of 2019.
