Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry Now Open
Lowry Engineering assisted in the development and design of Tumble Fresh Coin Laundry, located along 13th Avenue in Fargo. Before development of this project, a gas station and strip mall occupied this site and was connected to the adjacent O’Reilly Auto Parts building. Major components of this project included removing the existing gas station/strip mall building, maintaining operation of the adjacent building during demo and construction and providing a seamless tie in to the existing site upon construction completion.
